There is no commercial flight. If you're willing to pay for it I'm sure you could charter a flight. You could drive from the San Francisco to San Jose airport in about 30 mins if traffic is good. Caltrain can get you down to San Jose but you'll have to make a quick trip on BART to get from SFO to the Caltrain station.

There are no direct flights; you'd have to fly to LA first, which would seem to defeat the purpose of saving time. Caltrain from 4th and King to San Jose takes about an hour on the baby bullet and a bit longer on the limited stop train. However, they are currently doing scheduled maintenance on some tracks, so there may be some delays.

There are no flights within the Bay Area, unless you want to charter a flight on a private aircraft or air taxi. Just take the Bart !!!

There are no flights. You have to take Caltrain. 1 hr 30 minutes for the regular Caltrain, 57 minutes for the "baby bullet" version, which skips most of the stops in the middle.
