How many hours earlier should I arrive at the airport before my flight?
I'm taking Continental Airlines from San Jose, CA to Cancun, Mexico. I'm going to make a stop at Houston, Texas first though, so I was wondering how many hours I should arrive earlier? Thanks!

Not knowing what time of day your flying, its not accurate but you should be there no later than 2 hours before your flight.

International flight, three hours.

Since you are flying internationally, you should arrive at the airport 3 hours before your scheduled departure time. This will allow you to have enough time checking in, going through security, and finding your gate. Remember, on international flights, you must be at the gate 45-60 mins before the departure time.
