I don't think it's something you can just look up on internet. I have seen though on orbitz.com they'll say there are 2 seats left - if there are little seats left. Try plugging in your info there. Also travel agents that book flights usually are able to tell, maybe call if you know one.

you can not book seats on southwest you just have to hope you are in the A group to get better seats
